If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us to obtain an authorisation for return or exchange.
All products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of invoice date.
If the product is incorrect or faulty, we will replace it at no charge, and will reimburse all postage charges.
Refunds will not be given to items that are damaged in transit, unless shipping insurance has been paid.
Refunds for change of mind will only be given at our discretion.
